After the screaming and shouting
Tear gas. And then the rude gun shot
An injury to life
Red rivers flowing From bodies robbed of life
Or hanging on to dear life
The sun sets on the living and it sets on the dead too
A day passes.The heavens open, rain water runs the ground
Washing away the drying blood.
